I help people buy and sell real estate. This is my passion and fervor. Realizing that I am assisting people make one of the biggest investment in their lives is truly humbling and it is something that I do not take lightly because I have been in your shoes.

Growing up in a military family, and selling real estate in four different states, I understand what is involved in a move.  Whether it is across town, or across the country, there are many questions going through your mind.  I have the understanding, compassion, and knowledge to assist you in your move.

Terri Woods began her real estate career in the mid 1980’s in Texas. She has seen the depressed markets and sky rocketing markets, interest rates as high as 21% and as low as 3%. She has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers feel comfortable and confident as they move toward their goals. 
Terri was the CEO, Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette, one of the largest real estate companies in the area, coaching and recruiting agents to successful real estate careers. She has served on many boards in various positions. 
She brings the varied skills of a professional to work as your trusted real estate adviser. From investment properties to resale and new construction homes, Terri has worked with many diverse buyers and sellers in a full spectrum of prices ranges, specializing in Luxury Homes.
Terri has been married for over 27 years, has three grown children and a grand-dog.
