Aptos Home Prices continue to rise well into the 2nd quarter of 2014.

The number of active listings in Aptos (95003) increased by 11.4% from the previous month.

The median number of days active properties have been listed is 42. This is significantly shorter than the national average. 4% of all current Active Single Family Homes and Condos in Aptos, CA are Distressed Listings (Foreclosures and Short Sales). The Median Listing Price is $828,840.

The average price per square foot in Aptos, CA was $480, which is an increase of over 17% from the same time last year.
